1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how NanaBonanza Entertainment Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through nanabonanza.com (the "Service"). We operate under the CCPA and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

• Profile information ? when you create a free player account we collect your name, email, phone number, password (stored hashed), and marketing-consent choice. After email verification we record a lead row (email, phone, timestamp, IP, user-agent) in secure server storage.
• Device storage ? gameplay preferences (age confirmation, cookie choice, virtual-coin balance, bonus history, login session marker) are stored locally in your browser.

We do not collect payment information ? there is nothing to buy on the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To operate the Service and remember your player profile.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To send you promotional email about bonus coins and new games ? only if you opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
• To protect the Service against fraud, bots and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Service providers

Our website is hosted on standard commercial web-hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers process data on our behalf solely to deliver the Service. Embedded demonstration games are served by their respective game studios from their own domains; when a game loads, your browser communicates directly with that studio's servers under their privacy policies.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• Delete your personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information ? noting that we do not sell or share personal information;
• Non-discrimination ? we will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

7. Data retention

Signup lead and account records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with the Service, after which they are deleted. Browser gameplay data can be cleared any time via your browser settings. Email us to request earlier deletion of server-held records.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age (per COPPA), nor from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Lead and account files are kept in access-restricted storage that is not publicly readable. Verification codes are stored hashed and expire quickly. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we process.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
