1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nanabonanza.com (the "Service"), operated by NanaBonanza Entertainment Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

The Service is a free-to-play social casino platform provided for entertainment purposes only. All games are played with Nana Coins, a virtual currency with no monetary value. The Service offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or prizes of any kind.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• The Service is not directed at, and users are asked to refrain from using it in, Washington State (USA).
• You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is lawful in your place of residence.

4. Player Profiles

Creating a player profile requires a name, an email address and confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual Coins

• Nana Coins are virtual coins licensed to you for entertainment use within the Service only.
• Nana Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred or sold for real money, goods, services, gift cards, cryptocurrency or anything of value, under any circumstances.
• Nana Coins cannot be purchased. They are granted free of charge through gameplay, bonuses and promotional features.
• We may adjust, reset or discontinue virtual coin balances at any time without liability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts or other automation; (b) attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service or the embedded games; (c) misrepresent your age or identity; (d) use the Service for any commercial purpose; or (e) upload or transmit malicious code.

7. Third-Party Games and Intellectual Property

Games available on the Service are demonstration versions provided by third-party game studios and embedded with permission. All game titles, artwork and software remain the property of their respective owners. The NanaBonanza name, logo, site design and original content are owned by NanaBonanza Entertainment Inc.. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanaBonanza Entertainment Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service — which is zero dollars ($0).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Where arbitration is not permitted, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
